Desired Username:	Valid Usernames must start with a letter, and only may only contain letters and numbers. Usernames must be between 4 and 12 characters in length.
Initial Password:	Valid Passwords may only contain letters and numbers. Passwords must be between 4 and 8 characters in length. Remember this password, as we cannot be responsible for remembering it for you.
Current E-Mail Address:	Confirmation of your WhiteICE account will be sent to this E-Mail address after we receive payment.
Referred By:	Please enter the username or WhiteICE E-mail address of the person who referred you. If you do not know this information now, just leave it blank and you can change it at a later time.

Your WhiteICE account will be placed on hold until we receive payment of $20 USD, check or money order. Sorry, but we currently do not accept Visa or MasterCard at this time (but we're working on it). And please remember to include your Username with your check/money-order so we know who's account it's for!
